BAV AGM (18 Apr 2026)

The AGM will take place on April 18th at the Van Der Valk Hotel on the Seafront in St Aygulf. The meeting will start at 10.30 although coffee will be available from 10.00. Attendance at the AGM is obviously free for members and the optional Lunch, detailed below, will remain at last year’s cost of €32.

This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening over the last year and the plans for the future and we look forward to seeing you there

Quiz Lunch (23 May 2026)

Following a 2 course lunch, we will be holding a fun quiz on May 23rd with prizes for the winning team.

Teams will be made up of 4 people so feel free to assemble your own team or simply book for yourself and join other members, or guests, to form a team on the day.

The cost is only €32 euros for members and Guests are very welcome (€37 each) so we encourage you to bring friends and/or potential new members.

Numbers are strictly limited so early booking is advised.

The venue will be the Trois Garcons in Draguignan area and menu will be provided nearer the date.

You are invited to join us for our annual summer party in Stephane and Joanna Hilds garden in Lorgues on what will, by co-incidence, be the King's birthday - so red white and blue is the dress code

Starting at 16.00, with a welcome aperitif, we will then enjoy a catered repas, Wine, Beer and soft drinks.

All of this to a background of live music and everything is included in your ticket price of only €25 for members and €30 for guests
